All sensors, drop boxes, and other OnSite devices use a long range radio system to communicate with a gateway. This allows these devices to be up to 1 km away. Only one gateway is required to service any devices that are within range.
The gateway is connected to the internet via a cell connection.
Gateways typically plug into a standard wall outlet for power. A power cord is included.
Solar or battery powered versions are also available
Use the app to add any sensor by scanning the QR code on the sensor label. You can then create alarm conditions using any sensor (PIR, vibration, or otherwise), or any combination of sensors.
To support software development, improvement, ongoing server maintenance, and cell connection charges, we need to charge a minimal yearly fee of $179 per cell gateway. To avoid yearly fees, unconnected gateways are available.
